After working in behavioral health for many years, I had the privilege to be a stay-at-home mom during the pandemic. I was extremely fortunate for the opportunity to be present for my child with the struggles of in person and online education. A year later I decided to fully engage in my own private practice. I thoroughly enjoy helping others find healing in a more intimate setting. My office becomes a private space where individuals can share their innermost fears, hurts, guilt, and or life stress. I want to help transform whatever traumas you have experienced into your truth. Our life problems do not define us! I believe working and training alongside Claudia Black, Pat Carnes, Stephanie Carnes, Peter Levine, Bessel Van der Kolk, Jenni Schaefer, and Pia Mellody has provided me with the skills and knowledge to help others.
